Comfortable place for exploring Muscat. Pretty standard hotel in every way with amicable staff from the normal staff member. Favourable location close to all shopping area, in the shopping area. 15 minutes walk to Oman Aquarium.

The property exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. However, upon check-in, I was given a standard room instead of the upgraded room I had booked through the app. Thankfully, the staff, particularly a Filipino gentleman, was kind enough to move me to a more suitable room the next day. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the mall and various restaurants. Free parking is also available.

There were some shortcomings during my stay. The lack of consistency among the team was evident, as no one informed the next shift about ongoing issues.

My stay at Al Dhiyafa Palace Hotel Apartments was pleasant. The room was nice and the furniture was of standard quality. The location is great, with Muscat Mall and Nesto Shopping Mall nearby, along with local shops and many restaurants. It is also conveniently located for those traveling on the Muscat Express Road. The staff provided professional service and the check-in process was quick. The wifi was stable and high-speed, and the reception staff spoke English and Hindi fluently. My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The receptionist, Mr. Samsu, was incredibly helpful and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic, with the Muscat Mall and Nesto Shopping Mall nearby, as well as local shops and restaurants. It's also conveniently located for those traveling by the Muscat Express Road. Additionally, there will be a new Turkish restaurant opening in the same building soon. The room was nice and the furniture was of a normal standard. a great location with plenty of dining options, a serene atmosphere, and kitchenette for basic needs.

My room had all the amenities I needed including central heating, a flat-screen television, and a microwave oven. The view of the mountain from my room was fantastic! This place is conveniently located near plenty of shopping centers, restaurants, and the mall of Muscat. 🏞️
